We are seeking a skilled and dependable EL02 Residential Journeyman Electrician to support residential septic system installations and service work. This position focuses on electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair of septic-related electrical systems. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, safety-driven, and experienced in residential electrical work.

Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems related to residential septic systems, including control panels, pumps, floats, and alarms

Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and safely

Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and job specifications

Perform electrical upgrades and repairs in compliance with Washington State electrical codes

Assist with minor plumbing or drain-related tasks when required (training provided)

Collaborate with septic technicians during installations, repairs, and system evaluations

Maintain accurate job documentation and service records

Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are kept clean, organized, and in safe working condition

Adhere to all OSHA, L&I, and company safety standards

Active Washington State EL02 Residential Journeyman Electrician License

Demonstrated experience working with residential electrical system

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in confined spaces and outdoor environments

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (per insurance requirements)

Ability to pass a background check

Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings
Driving Requirements (Insurance Requirement):

Permit time does not count toward driving experience

3 years of licensed driving experience: Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

4+ years of licensed driving experience: Must have an acceptable driving record that meets company insurance requirement

Experience with septic systems of wastewater related electrical work

Familiarity with pump systems, alarms, and control panels

Ownership of personal hand tools
