You will partner on recruiting and staffing, supporting candidate selection and staffing decisions to ensure a high-performing team and appropriate staffing levels.
You will coordinate backup and overflow coverage to ensure consistent service quality during absences, unanticipated departures, and high-volume periods.
You will also oversee administrative duties including timesheet review/approval, monitoring overtime, approving vacation, and tracking sick time in accordance with firm policies and procedures.
