Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between management and employees, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Your energetic approach will help streamline talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic workforce planning while managing day-to-day HR functions with enthusiasm and precision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by supporting recruiting activities, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) to attract top talent.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are welcomed, informed, and integrated effectively into the organization.
- Assist in employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, supporting performance reviews, and tracking development plans.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
- Support HR sourcing initiatives and participate in affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry, ensuring accuracy in personnel records, payroll processing support, and data collection for reporting purposes.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, applying conflict management techniques while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with employment law.
Skills
- Extensive experience in human capital management, change management, and workforce management strategies.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements such as OSHA standards.
- Proficiency in HR systems including ADP, and skilled in Excel data analysis for reporting insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across departments and with external partners; adept at conflict management and negotiation.
- Proven project management abilities to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with payroll processing tools such as ADP; experience with benefits administration platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly; strong organizational skills with attention to detail in personnel administration tasks.

Pay: $62,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
