Realty Texas | Round Rock, Texas
Full-Time | In Office, Monday–Friday
Realty Texas is looking for an exceptionally dependable, polished, high-energy professional to lead the experience of agents joining and returning to our company.
This is not a back-office administrative position. You will be one of the first people a prospective agent meets, a central leader in our daily culture, and a critical owner of the recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding workflow. You must be friendly, confident, organized, professional, and energized by helping people succeed.
You will supervise our inside-agent team, ensure recruiting activity is happening, help prospective agents through every step of joining Realty Texas, and create an exciting, welcoming beginning for each new associate.
What You Will Do
- Supervise and support the inside-agent team, ensuring calls are being made, appointments are being set, and follow-up is completed.
- Follow up with prospective agents, confirm interview appointments, answer questions, and make sure they know what to expect.
- Guide recruits through the Realty Texas onboarding process and ensure no agent falls through the cracks.
- Monitor agent progress from interview through license transfer, onboarding, orientation, and completion of the new-agent task list.
- Help agents schedule Orientation and create a polished, welcoming, high-energy orientation experience.
- Follow up after Orientation to ensure agents complete their onboarding requirements.
- Assist agents with TREC license transfers and requests, including guiding them through the TREC website when needed.
- Use the Realty Texas broker portal to accept license requests and initiate license requests when appropriate.
- Answer questions about education requirements, available classes, association membership, and the process of joining Realty Texas.
- Track associates who return their license or experience an issue transferring their license; proactively call them, understand the issue, and connect them with the appropriate manager.
- Start each daily Morning Huddle with positive energy, professionalism, and encouragement.
- Serve as the MC for Realty Texas monthly business meetings.
- Create a weekly upbeat, fun Facebook video that reflects the culture and personality of Realty Texas.
- Maintain accurate records, workflows, notes, and follow-up activity throughout the recruiting and onboarding process.
What We Are Looking For
- A highly dependable professional who is in the office, prepared, and ready to lead by 8:30 AM every weekday.
- An outgoing, warm, relationship-driven communicator who can make people feel welcome immediately.
- Strong organization and follow-through. You enjoy tracking details, managing deadlines, and making sure commitments are kept.
- Comfortable supervising others, reviewing activity, and holding people accountable in a respectful and productive way.
- Confident speaking to groups, leading meetings, and appearing on video.
- A positive, polished, friendly presence with a genuine smile and high level of professionalism.
- Comfortable learning systems and helping others navigate online tools, including TREC licensing processes.
- Able to work independently, solve problems, and know when to bring in the appropriate manager.
- Previous experience in recruiting, onboarding, inside sales, customer success, office leadership, real estate operations, or agent support is strongly preferred.
What Success Looks Like
The right person will make every prospective agent feel seen, informed, and excited to join Realty Texas. They will keep the inside-agent team focused, ensure interviews and orientations are confirmed, move agents through onboarding without delays, and bring daily energy to the company culture.
