J&M Welding, Inc. is a structural steel fabrication and welding subcontractor based in Paso Robles, CA. We are looking for an experienced Field Foreman to lead our field crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct field crew on structural steel erection and welding projects
- Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor progress against project schedule
- Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
- Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce all safety policies and procedures
- Communicate with project management on job status, manpower needs, and issues
- Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in structural steel or ironwork field operations
- Proven ability to lead and manage a field crew
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Professional, reliable, and able to work within established systems
