Duties
- Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits to meet customer needs
- Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized records of sales activities
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer experience and boost revenue
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, maintaining professional phone etiquette, and supporting clients throughout the buying process
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership environments is highly preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently in high-end sales settings
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales environments
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently
- Ability to excel in outbound sales activities such as cold calling and marketing outreach
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
