Responsibilities
- Monitor resort premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols to maintain safety and security standards.
- Control access points by verifying guest, staff, contractor, and visitor credentials to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond swiftly to security incidents or disturbances, employing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively.
- Perform first aid and CPR when necessary, providing immediate assistance to guests or staff in medical emergencies.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Conduct loss prevention activities by identifying suspicious behavior and preventing theft or property damage.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately for ongoing security audits.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques including CCTV operation and monitoring systems.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain these certifications if not already held.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally in high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent observational skills with a keen eye for detail to identify potential security threats promptly.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
