Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- New graduates/Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Proficiency with teletherapy is a plus
- SLPA and Voco candidates not considered for this position
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to primarily elementary students, with some middle school caseload
- Manage services across 1-2 local school sites
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain diligent documentation and progress reports
- Full-time (up to 40 hours/week), with part-time options available
- Typical hours: 7:30am–3:00pm, Monday through Friday
