- Scheduling appointments
- Checking clients in and out
- Creating medication requests
- Confirming appointments
- Performing callbacks
- Uploading patient histories and lab work results
- Checking voicemails
- Taking patient profile photos
- Lab work callbacks
- Preparing service estimates
- Monitoring office email
- Sending reminders
- Submitting pet insurance documents
- Keeping the reception area and exam rooms clean
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
