Plumb It Heat It Cool It is hiring an experienced Plumbing Installer to join our residential install team. We’re a family-owned company known for quality workmanship and a strong reputation across Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

Install residential plumbing systems: water lines, DWV, fixtures, water heaters, and gas piping

Read blueprints and job scopes, then execute installs cleanly and efficiently

Ensure all work is code-compliant and passes inspection the first time

Coordinate with your crew and other trades to keep jobs on schedule

Maintain organized, professional job sites in customers’ homes

Keep your truck stocked and ready for daily work

Clean installs with zero rework or failed inspections

Strong coordination with team and other trades

Consistent adherence to code and best practices

Professional presence on every job site

3+ years of residential plumbing installation experience

Strong knowledge of local codes and installation best practices

Ability to read blueprints and rough-in from plans

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Team player with clear job site communication

Base pay + commission (performance-based earnings)
