Kiddie Academy of Helotes is seeking caring, energetic, and dependable Early Preschool and Preschool Teachers to join our team! As a teacher, you will work alongside a co-teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Implement Kiddie Academy's Life Essentials® curriculum through hands-on learning experiences.
- Work collaboratively with your co-teacher to plan and facilitate daily activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members.
- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and licensing compliance.
- Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with families regarding their child's day and development.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous childcare, preschool, or early childhood education experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain all required Texas childcare training.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable, positive, and passionate about working with young children.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting, standing, bending, and playing.
