Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for retail sales transactions and food orders.
- Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling procedures with accuracy and efficiency during busy weekend shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food prep zones in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring a tidy environment throughout your shift.
- Support team members with food safety management practices and proper food handling techniques to uphold high standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work on your feet during shifts.
