- - At least 1 year of baking experience (preferably in the five boroughs of NYC)
- Genuinely enjoys sharing new foods with the community
- - Familiar with proofing, mixing and benchwork
- - Knowledge of all safety and sanitation standards.
- - Experience with early mornings
- - Occasional weekend availability
