Job Description
The Quality Inspector will work with Engineering. Inspect incoming parts prior to being assembled and conduct pneumatic and electronic tests on warranty returned valves and harnesses to identify issues. Working with manufacturing to identify and solve the issue.
Responsibilities
- Inspect parts using mechanical measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.
- Maintain accurate inspection, testing record and documentations.
- Identify root cause on returned warranty parts.
- Write warranty reports.
- Working with production to resolve quality and testing issues
The ideal candidate qualifications
- General knowledge of basic math
- Able to read engineering drawings
- Basic knowledge of computer (Excel, word)
- Able to use mechanical measuring tools
- Writing basic reports
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
