Shift & Schedule: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Med/Surg ICU for an exciting Travel or Local job in Pella, IA.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an acute care setting
- Deliver nursing care across Med/Surg and ICU patient populations
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
- Maintain accurate documentation and support quality patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN License
- BLS Certification (AHA required)
- ACLS Certification
- Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred)
- Acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
