Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical history.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture, IV infusion, and ostomy care.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and pain management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical skills with experience in medical office, ER, home community care, or laboratory settings preferred.
- Proficiency in pain management techniques and patient education.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
