Key Responsibilities
- Build authentic relationships that convert prospects into customers for life
- Listen actively and ask the right questions to guide buyers to the right vehicle
- Master vehicle features, options, and evolving technologies—become the go-to expert
- Deliver confident, high-quality demonstrations tailored to each buyer’s interests
- Maintain follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive referrals
- Adapt quickly to objections and keep momentum in a sales-driven environment
- Report progress and performance directly to Sales Manager
- Show up daily with urgency, grit, and a drive to improve and win

Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- Willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Rock Hill, SC 29730 prior to start
