Full Time Experienced On-site Community Manager Needed. Will be responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, maintenance, and security functions of the community.
Manager needed for a community in the Sarasota area. Will be responsible to supervise the day to day activities of the association and staff. Will promote a climate of dedicated customer service by leadership example. Must respond to inquiries and provide responses that are clear, consistent with policy and appropriate to the situation. Will be required to enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities and networking.

Requirements:
* Active CAM license in state of Florida
* Minimum 5 years CAM related experience onsite at High Rise Condominiums
