Sales Development Representative
Panamerica Computers, Inc. (PCi Tec), a successful Information Technology Solutions Provider to the Federal Government located in Luray, is seeking a Full-time Sales Development Representative to join our team. This position will provide direct support to the VP of Sales.
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong phone communication skills who is eager to learn, build experience, and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to prospective clients
· Schedule appointments for the sales team
· Maintain accurate records of calls and conversations
· Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Core Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound prospecting calls and engaging senior-level decision makers
- Self-motivated, competitive, and not discouraged by rejection
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to research federal agencies, OEM partners, and IT opportunities
- Quick learner with interest in IT
- Experience using Salesforce is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to grow into an inside sales or account management role
Preferred Experience
- Previous sales development, lead generation, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
