AccuForce is seeking candidates for Order Picker and Kit Building roles for one of our premier clients in Johnson City.
Role Details: This is a full-time, temporary position. The assignment is indefinite but anticipated to last up to four months. However, the duration is not guaranteed.
Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (occasional overtime on Saturday)
Order Picker:
- Responsible for accurately retrieving, verifying, and preparing clinical trial materials according to established pick lists, documentation standards, and operational timelines.
- The role ensures that all materials are handled, documented, and prepared in alignment with CTM procedures, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements.
Kit Builder:
- Assembles basic clinical trial kits following standard protocols.
- Responsible for accurate kit contents and labeling.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, clinical materials, or inventory environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow structured procedures.
- Effective organization and time-management abilities in a fast-paced regulated environment.
- Basic computer proficiency for reviewing documents, entering IDs, and verifying item information.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Good English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
Pay: $15.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Required)
