Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced plumber to perform plumbing services in both residential and commercial properties. The plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring all work meets safety standards and local plumbing codes.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and gas lines.
- Diagnose and fix leaks, clogs, low water pressure, and faulty fixtures.
- Repair or replace faucets, toilets, water heaters, garbage disposals, valves, and backflow devices.
- Work with pipes made of copper, PEX, PVC, and cast iron.
- Perform drain cleaning, snaking, and hydro-jetting.
- Install and repair drywall for residential and commercial projects.
- Read blueprints and follow building plans for installations.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain clean and safe job sites.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members about work and recommended repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a residential and commercial plumber.
- Must currently reside within 25–30 miles between Anaheim and the Greater Los Angeles and have reliable transportation to travel to job sites throughout Los Angeles County.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces when necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
