Direct the interview, hiring, and onboarding pipeline to continuously scale your field team.

Lead high-energy daily meetings and provide consistent, hands-on field coaching

Analyze and deploy neighborhood territory mappings and daily route strategies

Set targets, track team metrics, and implement canvassing strategies
Required Experience:

Proven canvassing management experience specifically within the home improvement sector or a directly related field (this is a firm requirement).

A track record of interviewing, training, and retaining field reps.

Strong skills in territory planning, mapping, and logistics.
