About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Ontario. This is a "hands-on" leadership role; you will not only be supervising the shift but also working alongside your team to ensure operations run smoothly and deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead 2nd shift warehouse operations (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Work side-by-side with team members to pick, pack, and organize inventory.
- Ensure all warehouse tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to warehouse staff.
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required to communicate effectively with our team.
- Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
- Hands-on: Must be willing to perform physical warehouse tasks in addition to supervision.
- Ability to work the 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift consistently.
