Fox & Fire Pizzeria & Taproom is a brand new concept from Fox Family Group — the team behind The Fox Restaurant & Brewery, a Northern Nevada institution since 2008. We take possession of our Carson City location on August 1st and will be rebranding and relaunching over the following 60-90 days.
We are building our opening team now. If you're hired you'll be part of the transition team — training, learning our systems, and helping us build something great from the ground up. This is a ground floor opportunity with a growing hospitality group.
We serve authentic New York style pizza, a daily slice program, and 8 taps of Fox craft beer. Counter service only. Simple concept. High standards.

Experience in a commercial kitchen is preferred but not required for the right person. We will train the right candidate from the ground up.
Responsibilities
Prepare and make New York style pizzas to our exact specifications. Execute our daily slice program with consistency and speed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station at all times. Follow all food safety and health code standards. Work independently when needed — this role requires someone who can run the kitchen without hand holding. Support prep and kitchen operations as needed.
Requirements
Reliable transportation — required. Non-negotiable. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast paced kitchen environment. Availability including weekends. Character, reliability, and a genuine desire to do great work.
