Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude

Provide information about the facility, upcoming events, and available services

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience

Set up and maintain gaming stations and equipment, ensuring all hardware and software are in optimal condition

Conduct routine checks to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting during gaming sessions

Support the organization and execution of e-sports events, tournaments, and competitions

Help coordinate event logistics, including registration, equipment setup, and participant management

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all events and activities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas and equipment

Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs

Organize and tidy up gaming areas

Promote and sell concession items, snacks, and beverages

Handle transactions and provide customer service in the concession area

Assist customers in creating gamer profiles

Verify residency for discounts and event participation
Skills and Qualifications:

Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues
