Career Details:
We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As a Human Resources Manager, you will perform human resources-related duties at the professional level and provide oversight in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.
Education: Bachelors Degree In HR or social services. PHR or SHRM is preferred.
Experience: Three (3) Years of HR Experience and 2+ years of supervisory experience.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Skills and Abilities:
Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
