We are seeking a reliable and motivated On-Site Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and general operations of our apartment community. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with the potential for overtime when needed.
This position includes on-site living accommodations, with an apartment provided and utilities included as part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities may include:
- General maintenance and repairs
- Monitoring building systems and property upkeep
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Coordinating with management and contractors when necessary
- Responding to emergency issues during on-call periods
We are looking for someone dependable, organized, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance and property management tasks.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
