- Basic facility maintenance
- Single Site
- Assist in keeping a neat, clean business environment
- Basic grounds keeping
- Perform weekly walk-through
- Perform monthly video calls, lighting audits etc.
- Apply over-locks weekly
- Cut locks as needed
- Send weekly report to management
- Maintain constant and clear communication with management
- Must be available to be on call to assist in emergency situations or vendor techs
- Must be reliable and easy to communicate with
- MUST HAVE CLEAN BACKGROUND
- TRUCK PREFERRED
- MUST HAVE A SMART PHONE
