Straith Hospital is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. Position Summary:
As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN, you will play a key role in helping patients regain their independence after illness, injury, or surgery. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote physical and emotional recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients in the inpatient rehab unit.
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, procedures, and home care.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
