Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations of our lawn care crew, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, and will possess excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily lawn care activities, ensuring that all tasks are performed safely and efficiently.
- Oversee maintenance projects, including mowing, trimming, edging.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices in grounds keeping and landscape maintenance.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required for transportation of crew members and equipment.
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related fields.
- Leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical labor as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Possess DOT physical card or willingness to obtain one.
- Pass a drug test
