Role: Commissions Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a Commissions Specialist I to manage commission statements, calculate override and bonus payments, reconcile commission revenue with the General Ledger, and support agents and business partners with commission-related questions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve commission statements from carrier websites and prepare commission files.
- Calculate commission overrides and bonus payments using rate schedules and compensation grids.
- Reconcile carrier statements and commission revenue to the General Ledger.
- Investigate discrepancies, reporting errors, and payment issues with Accounting.
- Manage shared commission inboxes and respond to agent, wholesaler, and business partner inquiries.
- Ensure commission data is accurate, complete, and processed on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- One or more years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or annuities
- Associate degree in accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience
