Pueblo Springs Rehabilitation Center in Tucson is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Our skilled nursing and post-acute care facility provides short-term rehab, long-term care, and geriatric services, giving our therapy staff the opportunity to help patients regain mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Our therapists work closely together in a collaborative interdisciplinary environment focused on excellent outcomes and compassionate care.

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments and interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility activities
- Implement rehabilitation techniques, modalities, and assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility techniques
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records
PTA Qualifications
✔ Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Arizona
✔ Strong teamwork and patient-centered care mindset
✔ Skilled Nursing or Rehab experience preferred (not required)
