About the Role
We’re looking for a polished, hospitality-driven Server to support daily dining service and help uphold the standards of a structured, quality-focused restaurant environment. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in service execution, menu knowledge, attention to detail, and creating a warm guest experience from start to finish.
As a Server, you’ll play an important role in maintaining service standards, supporting the flow of the floor, guiding guests through the menu, and working closely with management, the bar, kitchen, and FOH team to deliver consistent, thoughtful hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to all guests
- Maintain strong food, beverage, and cocktail knowledge to confidently guide guest selections
- Execute steps of service with consistency, timing, and attention to detail
- Accurately take orders, enter items into Toast, and communicate guest needs clearly
- Support service flow through strong communication with hosts, runners, bartenders, kitchen, and management
- Maintain table maintenance standards throughout the guest experience
- Anticipate guest needs and respond with a hospitality-first approach
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in assigned sections and service areas
- Support private events, large parties, and high-volume service as needed
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and involve management when appropriate
- Uphold restaurant standards for appearance, language, professionalism, and teamwork
- Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure smooth service execution and a positive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous serving experience required
- Fine dining, upscale casual, or high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, or willingness to learn quickly
- Comfortable guiding guests through menus, specials, cocktails, wine, and allergies
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable during service
- Calm, confident presence during busy shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset across FOH operations
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within an evolving restaurant concept
- Ability to follow service standards, procedures, and direction from management
- Professional appearance and guest-focused demeanor
Compensation
Hourly plus points in tip pool
