Silver Star Real Estate is looking for a Super Star Assistant Community Director for a beautiful 206 unit community in Long Beach! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and join a strong team! The job requirements are as follows:
2 years experience minimum in Property Management
Yardi/RentCafe experience strongly preferred
Rent Collection/CHECKscan experience
Knowledge of Security Deposit Accounting
High Volume Leasing and answering phones
Multi-tasking
Leasing, touring prospects
Assist with Move-ins and Move-outs
Unit and property inspections
Working with vendors and scheduling
Property walks and audits
Daily reports
Monthly Market Surveys
Filing and maintaining files
Professional attire and demeanor
Strong writing and communication skills
Ability to communicate with residents, prospects professionally
Provide excellent customer service
Respond to Emails in timely manner
Enter/respond to Maintenance Requests in timely manner
Strong Computer skills including word/excel
Assist with planning resident events
Reliable and punctual
Hourly rate is based upon experience plus Commission $$
