Description:
Duties and Responsibilities

Perform vehicle safety inspections and road tests to evaluate operating condition and identify concerns.

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues and perform repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models.

Communicate effectively with management and the Parts Department to identify and obtain required parts.

Accurately document inspection findings, repair recommendations, and all work performed on repair orders.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Understand and comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know requirements, and workplace safety standards.

Immediately report any safety hazards, incidents, or concerns to management.

Follow company policies, procedures, and manufacturer repair guidelines.

Participate in ongoing training and certification programs as required.

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications
-
Automotive technical school education, college coursework, or at least 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
-
ASE-certified technician.
-
Valid Smog License.
-
Experience using computerized diagnostic tools and repair documentation systems.
-
Toyota Technician Certification is a plus.
Schedule & Work Environment

Full-time position.
-
8-hour shifts.
-
Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
