Wealth Management Analyst I
Position Overview
The Wealth Management Analyst I is an entry-level role designed to build a broad foundation across Maslow’s advisory, operations, and investment functions. This position serves as a shared resource for the firm, supporting the day-to-day work required to deliver a highly organized, responsive, and integrated client experience.
The role is intentionally developmental. The Analyst I will learn Maslow’s core systems, including Wealthbox, Black Diamond, Charles Schwab Advisor Services, and other planning, reporting, and operational tools. This is a fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, technologically capable, and comfortable working across multiple teams. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, following through on details, and building fluency in the systems and processes that make excellent client service possible.
