Viper Plumbing & Pipe Lining, Inc. is a growing San Diego plumbing company serving residential service and commercial clients, including trenchless CIPP pipe lining. We're looking for experienced sales specialist to run leads, close in-home and on-site estimates, and grow with us from the ground floor.
What you'll do
- Run company-provided and self-generated leads for repipes, sewer/drain replacement, water heaters, and trenchless lining
- Walk properties, scope the work, and build accurate proposals with the estimating team
- Present financing options and close at the kitchen table or the jobsite
- Follow up on open bids and keep your own pipeline moving
- Represent the company professionally in customers' homes and on commercial walk-throughs
What you need
- Proven plumbing or home-services sales experience (repipe, sewer, water heater, or trenchless strongly preferred)
- Current CSLB Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) registration, or the ability to register with CSLB under our license
- Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and meet CSLB registration requirements
- Strong closer with a customer-first approach — no high-pressure tactics
