We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team with passion and precision. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Manage hospitality operations budgets, monitor financial performance, and execute revenue management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development to foster a motivated and professional team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring staff adhere to phone etiquette, multi-line phone system protocols, and guest relations best practices.
- Monitor hotel safety procedures, conduct night audits, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Cultivate positive relationships with guests by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Utilize multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members from various cultural backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or resort settings. Hilton background and PEP Property Management System knowledge preffered.
- Strong background in hospitality management, including hotel operations, revenue management, and financial operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage hospitality teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence.
- Experience managing hospitality operations budgets along with human resources responsibilities such as staffing and training.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging with diverse clientele.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams to deliver outstanding service consistently; previous experience supervising large teams is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
