Position: Maintenance Technician - Plastic Injection Molding
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 depending on experience
Hours: 1st shift

Join an employee-owned plastic injection molding manufacturer where your skills make a difference! We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our production equipment operating efficiently while supporting a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on plastic injection molding equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Assist with building maintenance as needed.
- Work independently to prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with production and management teams.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Illinois driver's license with a clean driving record.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
