We are an established, clinician-led group mental health practice expanding psychiatric services in Truckee and South Lake Tahoe. Our mission is to expand high quality mental healthcare to rural mountain regions.

What We Handle
- All insurance contracting and negotiations
- Billing, collections, and payment follow-up
- Credentialing and payer relations
- Administrative front end support for insurance verification and consent forms
- Reliable referrals and full caseloads
You focus on the patients. We handle the rest.
Compensation & Structure
- Highly competitive compensation – our psychiatrists can earn over $500,000/year working 30 billable hours/week. Hourly range is based on $55/RVUs patient billable hours.
- Biweekly pay
- Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time) – you set your hours
- Established referral base with a team of nearly 50 therapists internally for improved comprehensive care
Requirements
- MD, Psychiatry
- California license (or in process)
- Intent to become Board certified
- Willingness to use our EHR and complete notes within 2 business days
- Interest in collaborative, independent practice within a group model
- Must be willing to work 1-2 days a week in-person in Truckee and ability to work remotely rest of the time. Ability to work in one of our other locations such as South Lake Tahoe is a plus.
