- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, projects, and Habits, providing constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and participation in compliance with institutional policies.
- Incorporate technology effectively into lessons using online training platforms and productivity software to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure a safe learning environment by adhering to all safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum delivery and share best practices for working with students of varying backgrounds and ages.
Skills
- Proven teaching experience with middle and high school-aged children and diverse student groups.
- Strong technical proficiency with online training platforms, productivity software, and digital instructional tools.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR certification, and ability to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an educational team while maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
