Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the aquatic facilities, ensuring smooth shift management and optimal guest services
- Lead and supervise a team of lifeguards, instructors, and support staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of aquatic events and activities to enhance guest engagement and satisfaction
- Maintain rigorous safety standards by implementing protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
- Manage administrative tasks such as report writing, incident documentation, and safety audits to ensure operational excellence
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide outstanding customer service to enhance overall guest experience
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in aquatics management or similar hospitality environments such as resorts or recreational facilities
- Supervising experience with a strong background in managing teams and overseeing shift operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating welcoming environments for guests of all ages
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to swimming pools, water parks, or similar aquatic settings; certifications preferred but not mandatory
- Strong report writing skills for incident reports, safety documentation, and operational logs

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
