Duties:
- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Inspect and top off fluids, such as coolant and windshield washer fluid
- Replace filters, including air, cabin, and fuel filters
- Rotate tires and perform tire pressure checks
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and recommend additional services as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as needed
