Position Requirements:
Must posses a high level of skill and exercise independent judgement
Must be able to prioritize and perform tasks with great attention to detail and perform independently with minimal supervision
Personal accountability for the operation of the camp they are involved with
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Independent working with campers and instructing
Supervising counselors on and off during camp duties
Possibly working with campers overnight in the housing area
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing camp activities
