MaidThis Cleaning is looking for established, experienced residential cleaning teams in the Indianapolis area to partner with us as independent contractors.
This is not a traditional cleaning job. We’re looking for professional cleaning teams who already have experience, their own transportation and supplies, and an existing cleaning schedule — but have room to take on additional clients.
We provide you with cleaning opportunities, and you decide which jobs fit your schedule.

- Independent contractor relationship: You remain independent and continue operating your own cleaning business.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re specifically looking for established professional cleaning teams, ideally teams of 2 or more cleaners, who:
- Have at least 2 years of professional residential and/or Airbnb cleaning experience
- Currently operate as an independent cleaning business or cleaning team
- Have reliable transportation
- Have their own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate reliably and respond promptly
- Show up on time and deliver on commitments
- Maintain a high standard of cleaning and attention to detail
- Provide professional, courteous customer service
- Are comfortable following client-specific cleaning checklists and requirements
A GOOD FIT MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
You already have several recurring clients but have Tuesdays and Thursdays open.
Your team stays busy most weeks, but you'd like additional jobs when cancellations or openings come up.
You primarily clean residential homes but would like to add Airbnb/short-term rental turnovers.
You want more cleaning work without having to spend additional money finding and advertising to new customers.
