Opulence Home Equity is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reverse Mortgage Processor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a mortgage professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and understands the unique process of reverse mortgage lending.

Responsibilities:
- Process reverse mortgage loan files from application through closing

- Review and organize borrower documentation to ensure complete and accurate loan files

- Prepare and distribute required disclosures in compliance with regulatory timelines

- Communicate directly with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, and third parties to obtain required documentation and clear conditions

- Monitor loan milestones and maintain accurate pipeline updates

- Ensure files meet lender, investor, and compliance guidelines

- Assist in resolving loan conditions and processing-related issues on time

Qualifications:
- Previous mortgage processing experience required

- Reverse mortgage / HECM processing experience strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, disclosures, and compliance timelines

- Excellent communication and borrower relationship skills

- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a high-volume environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Experience with mortgage LOS and CRM systems preferred
