At Schwartz Legacy Planning, we help families create clarity, confidence, and peace of mind through high-integrity estate planning. We’re looking for a South Carolina-barred attorney with at least three years of estate planning experience to join our team—and to take the lead in launching our probate practice.
This is a rare opportunity to grow something new inside an already thriving firm. You’ll be the go-to attorney for probate matters, while also supporting and expanding our estate planning services. You’ll work directly with clients from day one, backed by a skilled team, modern tools, and a culture that values empathy, initiative, and excellence.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as lead attorney for estate planning clients from initial consult through signing
- Build and lead our probate practice—including process development and case management
- Work closely with our paralegal and support staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage your caseload independently, with support from our systems and team
- Contribute to client satisfaction, firm growth, and referral relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in estate planning law (SC license required)
- Experience with South Carolina probate processes or eagerness to lead in this area
- Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset—someone who wants to take ownership and grow
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and confident managing your own caseload
