Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Roofing Field Operation Manager to lead and oversee daily field operations and quality control of repairs in our Commercial Roofing Maintenance and Repair Division. This pivotal role involves managing field operations, supervising crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency across multiple commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of roofing systems, safety regulations, and repair techniques. Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate all field operations for commercial roofing projects for the Maintenance and Repair Division, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
- Manage and supervise maintenance and repair crews and vendors to maintain productivity, safety standards, and quality control.
- Review construction drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.
- Oversee safety compliance by enforcing federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and company safety policies; conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to facilitate communication, resolve issues promptly, and maintain project momentum.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by managing crew performance, providing mentorship, and promoting professional development in construction site experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial roofing repairs and installation with at minium of 8-years experience.
- Extensive knowledge of heavy-duty roofing systems, blueprint reading, construction drawing review, and interpreting technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards; demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols effectively.
- Skilled in managing teams in a construction management role with excellent managerial communication skills.
- Experience supervising crews on-site with a focus on quality control, safety management, and project scheduling coordination.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately and apply this knowledge to daily operations on the job site.
- Familiarity with construction regulations related to commercial roofing projects; knowledge of contracts management is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
