This is a hands-on roastery position for someone who is dependable, motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to be part of a fast-paced coffee production team. You will help package coffee, fulfill orders, keep the roastery organized, support quality control, and play an important role in getting great coffee into the hands of cafes, restaurants, grocery partners, and coffee lovers.

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities
As a member of our roastery production team, you will help keep coffee moving from roast to bag to box to customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Packaging and fulfilling coffee orders with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Operating production equipment to bag, seal, label, and grind coffee products
- Making sure coffee is packed correctly, looks great, and meets Cuvee quality standards
- Maintaining food safety, quality control, and workplace safety standards
- Completing daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, organizing, and wiping down equipment
- Maintaining par levels of stickered bags, finished coffee products, packaging materials, and supplies
- Assisting with inventory organization and product counts
- Communicating clearly with coworkers and managers about production needs, issues, or concerns
- Helping create a clean, organized, and efficient roastery environment
Additional Responsibilities
Depending on business needs and training, this role may also include:
- Operating packaging lines
- Assisting with roasting operations
- Operating a pallet jack or forklift
- Supporting shipping and receiving
- Helping solve production or fulfillment issues
- Cross-training with cold brew production operations
- Performing other facility-specific duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is reliable, curious, hard-working, and willing to learn. Coffee experience is great, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are even more important.

Physical & Mental Requirements
This is an active warehouse and production role. Candidates must have the physical and mental strength, stamina, and focus needed to perform the duties of the position safely and consistently.
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Frequently lift and move 10–75 pounds
- Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, crawl, push, pull, and reach as needed
- Use hands to operate tools, equipment, packaging materials, and controls
- Talk, hear, see, smell, and taste as needed for production and quality control
- Work in a warehouse environment that may be hot in the summer and cold in the winter
- Handle the stress and pace of a busy production environment
