Join a well-established construction and engineering organization delivering complex commercial and government projects across the U.S. This role plays a key part in shaping electrical scopes from early design through project handoff, ensuring projects are well-defined, coordinated, and ready for execution.
- Lead electrical preconstruction efforts from design through project handoff
- Review scopes, coordinate design elements, and ensure constructability
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and procurement strategies
- Engage subcontractors and support bid and estimate development
- Identify risks and ensure alignment with overall project goals
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and operations teams
- Support project readiness and smooth transition into construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of electrical experience, including 2+ years in preconstruction or project management
- Experience with conceptual estimating and electrical/low-voltage systems
- Familiarity with design-build projects in commercial or government sectors preferred
- Proficiency with tools such as Bluebeam, P6, Autodesk, or similar
- Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills
- Competitive salary: $115,000 – $125,000 (DOE)
